What is the cost of the membership?

Where online is the community hosted?
Our Online Community is Hosted on Circle All-In-One Platform. With features like: Group chats, private messaging, live events, gamification, and video call.
How do I renew my mebership?
Once you sign up for our membership you'll automatically be charged the monthly fee for your chosen membership.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and PayPal.
Do I have to pay out of pocket for 1:1 therapy sessions?
No! We pay for your one on one therapy sessions at no additional cost to you (Glow Up Members).
Do you offer refund?
We do not offer refund! Our memberships includes live events and a fully paid team — including instructors, community admins, hosts, and expert guest speakers — all payments are final and non‑refundable. Once you join, resources are allocated to support your experience, and these costs cannot be reversed.
I encourage you to join with intention and clarity, knowing that this space is created to support your growth from the moment you enter.
How long can I be apart of the community?
We believe a positive energy filled community focused on support, self-care and growth is one that is needed forever. However, you are in full control and can cancel at any time.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at anytime.
Are there any specific requirements?
Yes, we do. Our requirements:
Age Range: Women Between 21 & 40
Time Zone: Women In/Close to Eastern Standard Time (We Are In USA)
Availability: Structured Schedule (such as 9–5 workers), Women With Flexible Schedules (such as freelancers, business owners, or stay‑at‑home moms)

Are there any shipping restrictions for Self-Care Box?
Yes, we only ship our Self-Care Box within the USA. Shipping is free!
